Welcome to Bead It Yourself — my hands-on, creativity-led workshops where you design your own upcycled necklace using second-hand beads. Each two-hour session is a cosy, communal moment to slow down, explore colour and texture, and make something personal and meaningful.
Whether you’re joining me on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or anywhere in between, you’ll be guided through a gentle, playful beading experience using repurposed materials sourced from op shops, markets and donations. No experience needed — just a love for making.

This workshop was a great opportunity to play with a craft I wouldn’t typically reach for. I loved following my creative intuition when searching the beautiful selection of beads and then taking my time to piece together a colourful creation. I didn’t feel rushed, and as an anxious human attending a workshop alone, I felt I could happily do my own thing! Participating in this workshop filled my creative cup and led to a day of brainstorming, sketching and journaling. Really thankful that Daisy brought her workshop to Aotearoa New Zealand!
